5 – 6PM (Mainstage) – Rider Briefing: Presented by Touratech-USA Chief Riding Officer Iain Glynn.
6 – 7PM (SheADV Barn) – Women’s Meet & Mingle : SheADV and Motobird invite you to come and talk ADV riding with ladies of all experience and skill levels. A fun way to start the weekend!

7 – 8PM (Rider Tent) – GPS Uploading:Have the 2019 Rally GPS Tracks loaded into your GPS Unit. Have questions about utilizing your smart phone for navigation or other questions? GPS expert Laura Seaver will join the Touratech staff to get you ready for adventure.
7:15 – 8PM (Rally Vendor Area) - Moto Meet n Greet:Have a cold one, check out the group ride routes, talk to ride leaders and meet the people!
7:30 – 8:30PM (Rally Tent) – Modifying Your Bike with Jimmy Lewis: If anyone knows how to modify a motorcycle to get the most out of it, it’s Baja 1000 Champion, Jimmy Lewis. He swears this is not a commercial!!! Bring your questions.
7:30 – 9PM (SheADV Barn) – Navigating with Tracks – Tips and Tricks: Learn how to load and display GPS tracks, and optimize your Garmin GPS unit for navigating with tracks with GPS guru, Eric Archambault.

Come learn more about the fascinating world of Rally Racing from a photographers POV. Donni Reddington has been shooting for the Baja Rally race since 2016. Come and share her experiences from last October!

Erwin Estigarribiarode his R1200GS to Buenos Aires from San Francisco. He planned his trip for several years and will share what worked and what didn't during his trip. Great presentation!

4 –5PM (SheADV Barn) Ontario to Alaska & Back at 18 Years Old
At age 18, Emily Roberts set off on a 3-month trip covering 23,000km. Riding endlessly winding roads, hitting deer, mushroom picking, 3 sets of tires, and getting very lost in the middle of nowhere.... and she made it to Alaska and back in time to start college. Don’t miss her story!!

David Petersen from BestRest Products reveals the how’s and why’s of tire changing, and he’ll explain the physics on how a tire fits over the rim.
4 – 5PM (SheADV Barn) – Jocelin Snow: Journey to the GS Trophy
Jocelin Snow shares her experiences qualifying for the 2018 GS Trophy in South Africa and then ultimately competing in Mongolia! She’ll discuss the impact the GS Trophy has made on her life!
5:45 – 6PM (Vendor Area)– Jimmy Lewis Slow Race Demo
Before you line up and go slow Baja 1000 Champion, Jimmy Lewis will give you some pointers.
